Disabled persons with a B disability mark can take an accompanying person with them free of charge. During the journey, we ask the companion to contact the staff on board if further information about safety or the ship is required.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs that carry out tasks for you or provide emotional support can travel with us free of charge. You should be able to present a medical certificate at boarding confirming that you will always have your dog with you when travelling. A maximum of one dog may be booked per person

Our fast ferry travels up to two times to Trelleborg and back. Therefore daytrips are possible; to Sweden in the morning, back in the evening.

Yes, we will continue to offer day trips to the coastal city of Ystad. You can also look forward to other exciting day trip destinations such as Malmö and Copenhagen.
Of course you can visit Trelleborg on a day trip with our "Skane Jet". From the harbour, you can reach the centre within 5-10 minutes by foot.
Thanks to the great transport connections, you can also explore the south coast and many beautiful cities and destinations on your own.

This season we extended our departure period and will start already at the end of March. Our fast ferry will bring you reliably to Sweden and back from then until the beginning of November.

We have changed and improved our booking process for the 2024 season.
In your booking, you have already entered all passenger and vehicle details and selected your seat. You will now receive your boarding cards directly from us when you depart.
However, you can still view your trip details online in your customer account, where you can now also change your travel details or cancel your trip yourself.
To pay for your booking, you can choose between Paypal, Visa, Maestro or bank transfer.

Of course, you can also simply contact our customer support team by email and we will take care of your enquiry. Don't forget to include your booking number. For rebookings, we also need the new desired date, travel time or other change requests.

Yes, you can find out the price of your holiday without being obliged to book with us. A booking has only been made once you have made a payment and received a confirmation email from us. Simply enter your preferred itinerary and your desired travel date during the booking process. Then select whether you would like to travel by foot or by vehicle and the number of passengers in the vehicle. When selecting the departure time, you can also choose your preferred seat category.
Your travel plan with all the details and prices will now appear on the right-hand side and will be saved for you for a few minutes.
In the app you can see your chosen products and price in the shopping cart in the upper right corner.
Yes, if you do not yet know your registration number, e.g. because you are planning to rent a car, please simply enter "TBA" (=To Be Advised) in the "Registration number" field when making your booking.
If you then have your vehicle registration details to hand, you can change this directly online under *My Booking* or write to our customer service via email. We will be happy to change this for you. Don't forget your booking number as a reference.

Due to the design of our "Skane Jet", it is important that we know the exact height of your vehicle before your departure. The height categories is very important and must be strictly adhered to.
The total height and total length must include all superstructures and attachments (e.g. aerials, satellite dish, bicycle rack, etc.). You can use your vehicle registration document to determine the exact heights and lengths. The height of your vehicle can only be changed via our customer support. Please note that spaces in the higher vehicle categories are limited and that we always check availability before we can confirm your change. If your booked height or length is not correct on the day of departure, we unfortunately cannot guarantee transport.
Is your vehicle longer?
The standard length of a vehicle is specified in each booking category (e.g. car 5 metres).
However, if the vehicle is longer than standard, then you select the corresponding additional metres for the length at the same height as the height of your vehicle.
What does that mean exactly? For a car with a height of up to 1.95 metres, ONLY the extra additional/length metre in the 1.95 metre category may be selected.
If you do not observe this, we cannot guarantee the transport, an availability check must be carried out first.
Please note that the length metre is only an upgrade for the length and not for the height of a vehicle!

For your motorhome, the total height and total length including all superstructures and attachments (e.g. aerials, satellite dish, bicycle rack, etc.) must be measured. Vehicles that are registered as motorhomes according to the vehicle licence must also be booked as motorhomes. Some vehicle models (e.g. VW T4 - T6 or similar) can be booked in the corresponding car category.
The height categories of the vehicle must be strictly adhered to! You can find out the exact heights and lengths from your vehicle registration document. Maximum height: 4 metres and maximum length: 14 metres
A vehicle combination includes the towing vehicle, the trailer and the driver.
In the case of caravans, the main switch of the gas supply must be closed before and during the journey.
The respective height category is always based on the highest point of your combination. Height and length specifications are always measured including roof boxes, aerials, bicycles or other attachments. Vehicles or trailers may be a maximum of 4 metres high and a maximum of 14 metres long. Please check that the heights and lengths are correct, otherwise we cannot guarantee transport.

Access to the gas tank must be unlocked and accessible at all times so that it can be removed quickly in the event of a fire.
The operation of gas-powered refrigerators is not permitted on board. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an electrical connection on board.
A maximum of 60 litres of fuel may be carried in reserve canisters.
For safety reasons, the vehicle deck is locked during the crossing.

our boarding for vehicles and foot passengers ends 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Car parking is available close by the passenger terminal. Parking in the car parks is free for the first 30 minutes, every hour or part thereof costs €1. The maximum daily rate is €6. Please note that you can only pay in euros if you wish to pay in cash. Alternatively, the machines also accept EC or credit cards.

We kindly ask you to be at the harbour at least 1 hour before your scheduled departure time, our boarding for vehicles and foot passengers ends 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
If you are travelling by car, simply follow the signs to your destination at the respective port of departure and you will reach our car counters. If you are travelling by foot, go to the pedestrian terminal.
Have your ID documents and your booking confirmation (also digital) ready. When boarding, you will receive your boarding passes directly from our friendly staff and then enter the security area of the harbour. Welcome on board, our *Skane Jet* awaits you.
Guests with reduced mobility are of course very welcome on board.
There is barrier-free access to deck 2, where you will also find accessible toilets.
However, the "Skane Jet" unfortunately does not have a lift, so deck 3 can only be reached via steps.
We would ask you to inform us of your restrictions (especially the type of wheelchair) when booking.
Due to the design of the ship, it is unfortunately not possible to travel with large electric wheelchairs.
Bookings will not be accepted for children under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by an adult.
Minor passengers aged 16 and over may travel unaccompanied if they provide our company with a declaration signed by both parents or their guardian before departure confirming that the parents/guardian are fully liable for anything that may happen to the minor during the journey or for any damage caused by the minor. The authenticity of the parent/guardian's signature must be notarised.
This declaration must be issued in two originals for each journey - one must be shown to our colleagues when boarding and the other must be carried by the minor to inform the ship.
In addition, the minor passenger must have all travel documents required at the port of arrival. The carrier accepts no responsibility in the event that the competent authorities at the port of arrival deem these documents to be insufficient.

A maximum of 1 dog/cat may be booked per person. Dogs must be kept on a lead during the crossing. Of course, after checking the temperature in the hold, the dog may stay in the car, but for safety reasons you cannot visit it during the crossing.
If you are travelling to Sweden, remember to inform Swedish customs. You have the option of using an electronic service for this.

As you are travelling internationally, you will need an official identification document, such as an valid identity card or passport.
Cyclists can book a bike for passengers in the booking process under the “Other” section. Please note that travelers with bicycles have a different journey than drivers and are required to lead their bicycles in the port area/during boarding or follow the port staff's instructions to get to the ferry.
