Organiser
The raffle is organised by FRS Baltic GmbH.
Eligibility
Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Employees of the FRS Group are excluded from participating in the raffle.
Participation deadline

Description of the prize

2x FRS Baltic voucher worth 100€
Conditions of participation
In order to participate in the raffle of the voucher, the entire questionnaire must be filled out and a valid e-mail address must be provided.
By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees to its rules.
Determination of the winner and notification
The winner will be determined in Germany by a random draw. The raffle is linked to the complete completion of the survey; only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the raffle. The winners of the draw will be informed of the prize in a timely manner via a separate e-mail.
In Sweden, the winner is determined by a vote of our jury, which consists of FRS Baltic's marketing department. For this purpose, the motivational question "Why do you want to win the voucher?" is asked and used as a decision criterion.
Submission of the prize
The prize will be sent to the email address provided during the questionnaire.
Transferability of the participation and the prize
The prize is transferable. FRS Baltic GmbH may make payments to the respective holder with discharging effect. Beyond that, the prize cannot be exchanged or paid out. The profit is subject to the regular limitation period of three years from the end of the year in which the profit was distributed by FRS Baltic GmbH.

German law applies.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice in the event of good cause.
The legal process is excluded. The organiser is only liable for gross negligence or intent on the part of its employees.
The invalidity of individual provisions shall not result in the invalidity of the entire conditions of participation. The provisions of the German Civil Code shall apply in place of the invalid/void provision.
