Our booking portal for 2024 opens in October. It is definitely worth being early, as there will be an attractive early booking discount again this year.
The travel time to Trelleborg will be 2.5 hours.
In the high season, our fast ferry travels up to three times to Trelleborg and back. In July and August, you can take advantage of our popular night departures on selected weekends. A great savings tip.
Cargo transport is also possible in the new season. We transport small freight vehicles and express general cargo at express speed. With the logistics hub Trelleborg, we have an excellent partner at our side. More information will follow.

More diverse: We are expanding our popular day trips. Visit the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen, shop in the architectural city of Malmö, discover Lund - the Cambridge of Sweden or have a wonderful day in the medieval town of Ystad.

Freight: From 2023, freight transport is also possible with the "Skane Jet". We transport small freight vehicles and express general cargo at high speed. With the logistics hub Trelleborg, we have an excellent partner at our side.
If you want to change or cancel your booking, you can simply contact our customer support by mail or phone and we will take care of your request. Do not forget to include your booking number. In case of rebooking we also need the new desired date and travel time. You can find legal information on this under 4§ of the General Terms Of Carriage (GTC).
Sometimes it happens that one forgets someone else, pets or cars in your booking.
Don't worry, just contact our Customer Support and don't forget to include your booking number. Our colleagues will easily adapt your booking and add the missing items.
If the payment options offered during the booking process do not suit you, the local ticket office is always available. Please note that there is a service charge of 5 € at the ticket offices, as this form of booking entails higher administrative costs for us.

To get your boarding card, all you need to do is complete the Online Check in and you will receive your boarding card by e-mail.
It is not necessary to print it out; the digital boarding card is sufficient to scan the QR code.
The online check-in opens immediately after your booking. You can check in directly for both your outward and return journey. Click here to go to our online check-in.

For purchasing a ticket for the upcoming departure, the Car & Passenger counter are also staffed to the regarding departure times and open appx. 2 hours before departure.

The ferry port of Sassnitz Mukran is well signposted and perfectly linked to the E251 thanks to the expansion of the B96. Due to the clear lane guidance you can keep a clear overview. You can find detailed directions here.
Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 1 hour before departure. If you wish to buy a ticket for a trip on the same day, please be at the Ticket Office at least 1 hour before departure. The admission check closes 30 minutes before departure.

Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe des Passagierterminals. Das Parken auf den Parkplätzen ist innerhalb der ersten 30 Minuten gratis, jede angefangene Stunde kostet 1 €. Der Tageshöchstsatz beträgt 6 €. Bitte beachte, dass dort nur in Euro gezahlt werden kann, wenn du bar bezahlen möchtest. Alternativ akzeptieren die Automaten auch EC- oder Kreditkarten.
Approach & Parking.
Parking spaces are located close to the passenger terminal. Parking is free of charge within the first 30 minutes, each further hour costs 1 €. The maximum daily rate is 6 €. Please note that you can only pay there in Euro if you want to pay cash. Alternatively, the machines accept debit cards and credit cards.
For sure: On board we have a delicious breakfast in the morning, a tasty warm dish in the afternoon and we offer snacks as well as hot drinks at the bistro.
Our beauty, the high-speed catamaran "Skane Jet", reaches a top speed of 44 knots. However, the average cruising speed is below that to ensure your comfort and for ecological reasons. Nevertheless, we can guarantee the travel time of only 2.5 hours – convince yourself!

Of course, guests with reduced mobility are very welcome on board. There is a barrier-free access to deck 2, where you will also find barrier-free toilets. However, the "Skane Jet" unfortunately does not have an elevator, so deck 3 can only be reached via stairs.
Please inform us about your restrictions (especially the type of wheelchair) during the booking process. Due to the design of the vessel, it is unfortunately not possible to travel with large electric wheelchairs.

A maximum of 3 dogs / cats per person is allowed. During the crossing, dogs must be kept on a leash, 4 additional boxes are available on the open deck. Alternatively, the dog may stay in the car, but for safety reasons you cannot visit it during the crossing.

Don't worry, we understand that it is annoying if we have to cancel the trip due to bad weather conditions. But you can easily rebook or cancel your ticket for free.

Due to the short-term increase in fuel costs, we are unfortunately forced to temporarily levy a fuel surcharge for vehicles and passengers from 14.04.2022 onwards.
This fuel surcharge applies to all new bookings and rebooked tickets as from 14.04.2022.
You know it from the petrol station: the prices for fuel have risen drastically due to the Ukraine conflict. And we too are experiencing such an increase and the costs associated with it.
Although we anticipated higher diesel prices when calculating our ticket prices, such an extraordinary development was not foreseeable for us either.
Therefore, we must also levy a fuel surcharge.
This is necessary to cover at least part of the current increased costs and to be able to continue to bring you to Sweden on the fastest way with the "Skane Jet" even in such challenging times.
We are working to keep our fuel surcharge as low as possible and are constantly monitoring developments so that we can make changes if necessary.
