The ferry port of Sassnitz Mukran is well signposted and perfectly linked to the E251 thanks to the expansion of the B96. Due to the clear lane guidance you can keep a clear overview.
A genuine advantage: If the weather is nice, you have a wonderful view to the pier.
Finding a parking space at Mukran port in Sassnitz is very relaxed. Drive along the E22 towards the ferry terminal and follow the road straight on until almost the end to get to the parking lot. Each started hour costs 1 €, the maximum daily rate is 6 €. Please note that you can only pay there in Euro if you want to pay cash. Alternatively, the machines accept debit or credit cards.
If you only want to stop for a short time, you do not even have to pay parking fees; parking is free for up to 30 minutes.
For boarding as a pedestrian, you walk from the parking lot in the direction of the Bordershop to reach the terminal building. The building is marked in dark grey on the following map.
Within close proximity (approx. 150 m) there is the bus stop "Mukran Fährhafen". From here the newly structured VVR line 22 offers a direct connection to Sassnitz train station (RE line 9) as well as to other Rügen seaside resorts such as Binz, Prora, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren.

The station of Sassnitz is about 7 km away from the ferry terminal. From there, you can arrive or depart by taxi, for example, reachable under the number +49 38392 30 30. The taxi stand is directly located on the ferry site near the terminal where the Bordershop is.
Cyclists are very welcome! In Mukran we even have a separate boarding area near the Bordershop, which is especially for our bicycle guests.
Just follow the road E22 straight ahead to the parking lot Fährhafen Mukran, then ride down the hill towards the Bordershop. There you can enter the ferry site with your bike after a short check.
By its wide window facade, the waiting area in the ferry terminal is bright and inviting and is equipped with sufficient seating areas. Furthermore, there is interesting background information on the harbour building.
The ferry port in Trelleborg is one of the largest ports in Sweden. Trelleborg is located in the province of Skåne and is the southernmost city in the country. The city centre can easily be reached on foot from the port in 5-10 minutes. In addition, the railway station is located directly at the harbour. Thanks to the excellent connection to the long-distance transport network, you can reach your destination quickly and easily from there.
Thanks to its central location, Trelleborg is optimally integrated into the Swedish road network. Follow the signs for the Ferry port.

Please note, that you depart in the Trelleborg C (Train Station) at Kontinentalplan 2, but arrive at the Hamngatan 9 in Trelleborg.
